It is on because Valve broke the admin plugin and I cant restrict it. Kind of fun though, all 3 servers packed to bursting point. 
Note: statsme, rank, thetime etc etc wont work until the admin mod gets fixed.

Sothing wrong with my connection or your servers, after a short time of playing my ping gets to humongus 900+
sometimes it's the same when refreshing my fav. list. and only your servers are that high saint. something i should know about ;)

WTF? After this update i cant play css or hl 2, they just freez when i try to start them.

Had the same thing, i think first time ever hl2 crashed.
Then the server list isn't working propely.
pings won't go in order no matter how hard i try to press the latency button
An it seems that there are like 32 secure servers out of +3000
WTF?
just bought a new mobo and processor. Tried it before update and everything was sooooo smooth. now it isn't anymore. For some reason it twitches.
Theres an add into video options in game. Don't have any idea what it is thou.

The new update is causing people all sorts of problems. You could read yourself to death about it on the steam forums:

The servers are all secure, it just doesnt show the shield so dont worry about that.

pheewh, just as i was about to start some serious fraggin' All the servers dropped offline and couldn't contact to master server list. dammit!!!!! Was about to own you saint ;)
